Getting there

Transport

The most convenient option is to hire a car so you can explore the area, but we're also arranging shuttle buses from the airport and back, as well as transport on the wedding day from your stay and back.

Please let us know in the RSVP form if you would need shuttle transport should we be able to arrange it.

We've arranged special rates at two nearby hotels for our guests. We'll do our best to organise shuttle transport for those who don't rent a car, so it helps if you can group together in the same hotel or village. You may also want to look at Airbnb or other holiday rental platforms, larger groups may find villa rentals more economical.

Some important info

How warm is it in August?
August in Positano is warm and sunny with temperatures between 27–32 °C (81–90 °F). Evenings cool slightly to around 22 °C, perfect for an outdoor dinner. We recommend light, breathable fabrics, good sun protection during the day, and a light layer or wrap for the evening.
Can we arrive earlier or longer?
Absolutely — we'd love for you to explore the Amalfi Coast! Most guests are planning to arrive a few days before and stay on into the week after. Both Hotel Corfu and Hotel Santa Monica can extend your stay at the same discounted rate; just mention our names when booking.
Is there parking near the location?
Positano is a hillside village with very limited parking. We strongly recommend using the shuttle service we're arranging from both partner hotels. If you do drive, paid parking is available at the Internazionale car park on Via Cristoforo Colombo — roughly a 10-minute walk (and many steps!) down to the church.
Are kids allowed?
Our wedding will be an adults-only celebration so everyone can fully relax and enjoy the evening. We hope you understand and can arrange childcare. We absolutely look forward to celebrating with your little ones at another time!
Can we bring plus-ones?
Due to the intimate capacity of our venue we're only able to accommodate the guests named on your invitation. If you have any questions or a special circumstance, please reach out to us directly — we'll always do our best to help.
